Q. Do I need to install an app?
No. Just open the URL in your browser and enter your access code. No account registration is required.
Q. What devices can I use?
Available on smartphone and PC browsers. We recommend using wireless earphones.
Q. What about the network connection?
We recommend a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi / 4G / 5G). Since audio is exchanged in real time, quality may degrade on unstable connections.
Q. Is the translation accurate?
The AI reads the flow of conversation (context) while interpreting, making it more natural than sentence-by-sentence machine translation. However, it remains AI interpretation and is not a full replacement for human interpreters. For important contracts, we recommend professional verification.
Q. Payment methods and currency?
Payment is via credit card (Stripe). Settlement is in Singapore Dollars (S$). Vietnamese Dong is displayed alongside (reference rate).
Q. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not available. Please see About/Terms for details.
Q. Are conversations recorded?
No history is kept on your device. If you purchase the Minutes Download (+S$5), you can obtain the bilingual text.
Q. Can I use it solo?
Yes. We offer a "Single-user (Understanding Mode, lower cost)" plan for one person to follow meetings attended by many local counterparts.
